Business Wire, Oct 30, 2007
EL SEGUNDO, Calif. -- iRise[R] the world's leading application definition software and services company, today announced the appointment of Lionel Etrillard to vice president of finance. Etrillard comes to iRise from DLC, Inc., where he most recently served as senior consultant. He will report directly to President, Chief Operating Officer and Founder Maurice Martin and will be based at iRise's headquarters in El Segundo, Calif.
As VP of Finance for iRise, Etrillard will join the company's executive management team and serve as the firm's financial executive responsible for scaling the finance and accounting team to support revenue and profit targets. He will assume responsibilities for: budgeting and forecasting, corporate financial strategy, operational enhancements and accounting for software licensing.
Etrillard's background as a finance professional spans international, domestic, public and private industry experience. Most recently at DLC, an M&A, FP&A and accounting consulting firm serving Fortune[R] 1000 companies, he provided consulting services on financial planning, system integration and mergers and acquisition.
Prior to DLC, Etrillard was with Conexant Systems, Inc., an international communications high-tech company, where he was controller of the business support organizations and guided them through multiple restructurings, spin-offs and mergers. Before Conexant, Etrillard held the role of CFO for Kittrich Corporation, a mid-sized house wares manufacturing company. At that company, he was responsible for directing all financial, accounting, treasury and legal activities with management responsibilities over accounting, finance, HR and IT.
Early in his career Etrillard was a financial analyst with Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, an international $1.4 billion semiconductor manufacturer. At Rockwell, he was responsible for financial analysis related to strategic planning, M&A, valuation, and industry benchmarking.
"iRise is at a real inflection point where scaling the company will take us into new markets, and Lionel's background in strategic and financial planning and budgeting will be invaluable as iRise continues to execute on its business strategy," said Mr. Martin.
