EDO Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

NEW YORK -- The Board of Directors of EDO Corporation (NYSE: EDO) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the company's common shares of $0.03 per share, payable on Dec. 14, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 14, 2007. This will be the company's 44th consecutive quarterly dividend payment.

EDO Corporation designs and manufactures a diverse range of products for aerospace and defense, intelligence, and commercial markets. Major product groups include: Professional and Engineering Services, Defense Electronics, Communications, Aircraft Armament Systems, Undersea Warfare, and Integrated Composite Structures.
