KB Home Declares Quarterly Dividend

LOS ANGELES -- The board of directors of KB Home (NYSE:KBH) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twenty-five cents ($.25) per share on the Company's common stock, payable on November 21, 2007 to shareholders of record on November 7, 2007.
