off 28 computer disks erroneously containing private data
including the social security numbers of 450,000 people in a
response to a request for public records. This security breach
directly follows the recent breach in Connecticut, when state
government bank account data was stored on a backup computer
tape, which was stolen from a college intern's car in Ohio.
