1105 Media Acquires Three Events from National Trade Productions

High Profile Properties Join FOSE in Government Information Group
CHATSWORTH, Calif. -- 1105 Media, Inc., announced today it has acquired the GovSec, U.S. Law, and READY Conference and Exhibition series from National Trade Productions, Inc. These properties join the 1105 Government Information Group, which includes such recognized brands as FOSE, Federal Computer Week (FCW), Government Computer News (GCN), Washington Technology, Defense Systems, and Government Health IT. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
