AT&T Announces New Executive Director of Wireless Network Operations for Georgia

ATLANTA -- AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) today announced that Rachel Kutz has been promoted to executive director of Wireless Network Operations for the Georgia region, which spans the state of Georgia and bordering markets in South Carolina, including Hilton Head and Aiken.
In her new role, Mrs. Kutz oversees the company's wireless network operations for the Georgia region. Her duties include the expansion of network coverage and capacity, enhancements to the third-generation wireless broadband (3G) network, and the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the Georgia wireless network.
"AT&T's Georgia market is thrilled to welcome Rachel to its team and to use her network expertise to continue our positive momentum," said Cliff Minor, vice president and general manager for AT&T's wireless operations in Georgia. "Her leadership and knowledge of wireless network operations is important as we move forward with our many planned network enhancements this year and beyond."
Mrs. Kutz has more than 10 years of experience in the wireless industry. During her career with AT&T, she has held a variety of positions in the company's network organization, including RF Design/Performance engineer; regional quality manager for the Great Lakes region; director, Technical Operations for the Southwest; and, most recently, director, Network Services for the Rocky Mountain region.
Mrs. Kutz, originally from Denver, holds a Bachelor of Arts in astrophysics from the University of Colorado.
