Former President Joins as Branch Manager

DANVERS, Mass. -- Mortgage Network Inc., the largest independent mortgage company headquartered in New England, announced today that they have teamed up with Partners Group Unlimited, a full service mortgage lender and brokerage firm in Waltham, MA, continuing their steady growth and expansion of products and services.

Ronald Gardiner, former President of Partners Group Unlimited, will assume the role of Branch Manager at the Waltham office of Mortgage Network, effective immediately. In this role, Gardiner will bring over 15 years of mortgage and lending experience to the company. Currently, Gardiner is a member of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association, the Massachusetts Mortgage Association, the Florida Mortgage Bankers Association and the Belmont and Waltham-Watertown Chamber of Commerce.

As President of Partners Group Unlimited, Gardiner supervised more than 30 executives, including two vice presidents and a five person senior management team. During his time there, he personally originated $25 million annually in residential mortgage loans and the company generated over $300 million in annual loan production and over $1 billion in total closed loans. Gardiner also oversaw compliance, expansion and licensing issues for all 6 New England states and Florida.

Prior to Partners Group Unlimited, Gardiner was vice president at 1st Investors Mortgage in Belmont, MA. Before that, he served as a loan originator at Huntington Mortgage Company in Waltham, MA.
