Review Panel Announces Date for the Release of Recommendation Report for Northgate's Kemess North project

VANCOUVER -- Northgate Minerals Corporation (TSX: NGX)(AMEX: NXG) confirmed today that the Joint Federal-Provincial Environmental Review Panel for the Kemess North project has announced that the recommendation report will be released on September 17, 2007 at 5:00 pm EST.
