SteelEye Technology Joins VMware Technology Alliance Partner Program

Demonstrates LifeKeeper Protection Suite for VMware Infrastructure 3
SAN FRANCISCO -- SteelEye Technology, a leading provider of data replication and application monitoring solutions for business continuity and disaster recovery on Linux and Windows, announced today at VMworld 2007 that it has joined the VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program. VMware (NYSE: VMW), the global leader in virtual infrastructure software for industry-standard systems, provides the Technology Alliance Partner program to enable technology vendors to support and integrate with the VMware infrastructure and deliver solutions to our joint customers.
VMware's Technology Alliance Partner program provides tools and information needed by partners to seamlessly integrate with VMware Virtual Infrastructure 3 and ESX Server with other solutions, such as SteelEye LifeKeeper Protection Suite for VMware Infrastructure 3. Integrating SteelEye's products with ESX Server will enable customers to achieve all of the benefits afforded by virtualization technology while ensuring application and data availability.

SteelEye will demonstrate the LifeKeeper Protection Suite for VMware Infrastructure 3 in Booth 1209 at VMworld 2007. Recently awarded "Best Clustering Solution" at LinuxWorld 2007, the Protection Suite provides application-level monitoring and failover between any combination of physical and virtual servers, integrated data replication for disaster recovery configurations and clustering for VirtualCenter Management servers.
