ClipBlast! Embeds Amazon Unbox Video Previewer for One-Stop Video Search, Browse, Watch — and Buy

Business Wire, Sept 17, 2007

LOS ANGELES -- ClipBlast! (www.clipblast.com), the premier Web-wide video search and navigation platform, announced today that it has embedded the new Amazon Unbox Video Previewer into its site.

ClipBlast, which beta-tested the Amazon Unbox Video previewer widget, has teamed with Amazon to take another step in the evolution of video delivery. This new wave of video streaming is quickly turning the web into the world's largest and most efficient video distribution platform in history. Amazon Unbox, Amazon's digital video download service, delivers DVD-quality movies and TV shows directly to a PC or TiVo set top box through Amazon Unbox on TiVo.

When ClipBlast! viewers search and browse video, they simply click a link to open up a seamlessly embedded video player that shows the desired film or TV trailer in a highly interactive and dynamic way that encourages consumers to buy. Viewers can then click through to Amazon Unbox to get a full-length movie rental for $3.99 or download TV show episode for $1.99.

"Our Amazon Unbox partnership underscores ClipBlast!'s emergence as the first destination to all things video on the web, including video you can buy and watch on demand," said Gary Baker, ClipBlast! CEO. "We are creating a Video Web that works for everyone - for viewers by searching, browsing, personalizing and now watching video directly on our site, and for content providers by driving video-search traffic directly to their sites, and for marketers like Amazon for selling and or renting DVDs and video downloads."

Launched in September 2006, Amazon Unbox is Amazon's digital video download service that offers over 10,000 television shows, movies and other video content for rent or purchase. For more information on Amazon Unbox, visit http://unbox.amazon.com.

ClipBlast!'s Video Navigator[TM] interface is the first Web video technology engineered according to the way people actually interact with video online. It goes beyond mere video search, helping viewers browse, search, personalize and watch the video they want, when they want it. Next week, ClipBlast! will be appearing at DEMOfall '07, the premier launch venue for new products, technologies and companies.
