Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp. Announces Extension of Time to Complete an Acquisition

ARLINGTON, Va. -- GOOD HARBOR PARTNERS ACQUISITION CORP. ("Company") (OTC BB: GHBAA, GHBBB, GHBAW, GHBAZ) today announced that it has entered into two Letters of Intent to acquire operating businesses in the security industry in a Business Combination as defined in the Company's Certificate of Incorporation ("Certificate"). Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Certificate, on September 14, 2007, the Company extended the time available to consummate a Business Combination to March 15, 2008.

Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company established to make acquisitions of operating businesses in the security industry.
