Emptoris Offers Conversion Program to Customers of Procuri and Ariba

Emptoris to Credit Procuri and Ariba Subscription and Hosting Fees; Emptoris Offers Single Solution Platform that Scales from Basic to Enterprise Customers
BURLINGTON, Mass. -- Emptoris, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise supply and contract management software, today announced a program for customers of Procuri and Ariba (Nasdaq: ARBA) that are re-evaluating their software strategy in light of Ariba's acquisition of Procuri. Under the terms of the program, Procuri and Ariba enterprise customers adopting the Emptoris supply and contract management suite can receive credit for up to a year of subscriptions purchased from Procuri or Ariba.

Illustrating its solution leadership, Emptoris noted that its Sourcing and Spend Analysis solutions received the highest ranking in the most recent Forrester Wave Esourcing Suite research report, and the Emptoris Contract Management solution was also given the highest ranking for current offering in the Forrester Wave Contract Lifecycle Management Suite. In addition, Emptoris Contracts recently received the highest possible rating, a "Strong Positive," in Gartner's "MarketScope for Contract Management Software, 2007."
