Business Wire, Sept 24, 2007

Top Girls Video Game Franchise Returns with New Title Based on Upcoming Doll Line

AGOURA HILLS, Calif. -- THQ Inc. (NASDAQ:THQI) today announced that Bratz: The Movie, based on the wildly popular Bratz[TM] franchise, has shipped to retail outlets throughout North America. Bratz: The Movie[TM] is now available for the PlayStation[R]2 computer entertainment system, Game Boy[R] Advance and, for the first time ever, Bratz will appear on the Wii[TM] video game console. Bratz: The Movie marks the third title released under THQ's worldwide interactive agreement with MGA Entertainment, the manufacturers of the extremely popular Bratz doll line. The brand remains the top girls gaming property following the successful release of THQ's Bratz: Forever Diamondz[TM] in 2006. Bratz: The Movie is rated E for everyone and is now available for the suggested retail prices of $39.99 (Wii), $29.99 (PlayStation 2) and $19.99 (Game Boy Advance).

In Bratz: The Movie, based on the upcoming Bratz fashion doll line of the same name, players will join the girls with a Passion for Fashion[TM] as they hit the red carpet, rock out in explosive music shows, strut the fashion runway and publish the hottest magazine ever. When their hard work lands them the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to star in their own movie, players will be able to experience all of the glitz and glamour of becoming real movie stars as they play as Cloe[TM], Jade[TM], Sasha[TM] and Yasmin[TM] and experience character-specific adventures. Featuring favorite moments and music from the TV series, the game allows girls to enjoy a new height of fashion, music and adorable pets. Gameplay includes enhanced pet features such as pet swapping, pet mood detection, and the collection of various pet palaces. In the Wii version, players will utilize the Wii Remote[TM] to strum guitar strings to create their own music, as well as apply make-up and take pictures.

In addition, Bratz: 4 Real[TM], based on the recently released Bratz live action feature film, and Bratz Super Babyz[TM], based on the upcoming DVD movie, are scheduled to be released later this fall for the Nintendo DS[TM] and Windows PC.
