MacDermid, Inc. Announces New Offshore Solutions President

DENVER -- MacDermid, Incorporated today announced that Mark Hollinger has joined the company as President of Offshore Solutions. Mr. Hollinger will be responsible for the global Offshore Solutions business including plants in Houston, TX and Wigan, UK. He will be responsible for all Offshore Solutions employees in Europe, South America, Asia and the US.
Mr. Hollinger will become an investor in MacDermid's buy-out.
Mr. Hollinger was most recently Chairman and CEO of Merix Corporation. Mark and his family will be relocating to Houston.
