The Jacada WorkSpace and Jacada Fusion solutions are already in use in several federal and state government agencies, the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy. These entities have successfully deployed Jacada solutions to simplify customer service operations and extend the useful life and functionality of critical legacy applications and infrastructure.
