Sapient Appoints Director of Investor Relations

Mindy S. Kohl Brings Extensive Investor Relations and Strategic Communications Experience to Leading Interactive Marketing, Business and Technology Services Firm
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Sapient (NASDAQ: SAPE) today announced that it has appointed Mindy S. Kohl as its director of investor relations. A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning investor relations, finance and marketing primarily in the technology industry, Kohl will drive Sapient's investor relations strategy and serve as a corporate spokesperson to the financial community. In this role, Kohl will report directly to Sapient Chief Financial Officer Joseph S. Tibbetts, Jr.

Prior to joining Sapient, Kohl served as director of investor relations for Kronos, a leading provider of human capital management software and services, where she built and managed a top-flight IR function. Previously, she spent six years as director of investor relations at Netegrity. Before joining Netegrity, Kohl held investor relations and strategic corporate communications positions at leading financial and technology firms, including Fleet Bank, Computervision, and Prime Computer.
She received her MBA with high honors from Simmons School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York in Binghamton, NY. She is also a member of the National Investor Relations Institute.
