VSoft Navigates Through Payment Landscape at User Conference

ATLANTA -- VSoft Corporation, a global information and technology provider of process improvement solutions for financial institutions, recently hosted its annual User Conference in Atlanta, "Destination: Remote Capture," to discuss emerging trends and provide an industry roadmap and strategies for remote capture and end-to-end check image processing. Attendees included representatives from community and large banks, credit union service providers and credit unions, data centers and state treasury departments. Additionally, VSoft business partners participated as exhibitors and sponsors allowing attendees to learn about their products and how they complement VSoft's solutions.
Attendees heard presentations by industry thought leaders, peer groups and VSoft executives on current trends and issues including merchant capture and back office conversion, image exchange, branch and teller capture, ATM image capture and remittance processing. Keynote speaker Paul Carrubba, attorney with Adams and Reese, LLC law firm addressed some of the fraud and legal issues facing financial institutions offering remote deposit services. The Federal Reserve's Mark Kielman, Industry Relationship Manager, provided an image exchange implementation update, including volume processed and the number of customers exchanging images with the Fed, and shared his perspective on the future of image exchange. The conference also included expert commentary and a panel discussion on Remote Capture, moderator Bob Meara, Senior Analyst, Celent.
A new addition to the conference was an experience center offering attendees a hands-on experience with VSoft's solutions.
