Veramark Hires New VP of Sales

PITTSFORD, N.Y. -- Veramark Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: VERA), the leading manufacturer of call accounting and enterprise telemanagement solutions, has hired a key member of its senior management team.
Patrick Ryan has been chosen to serve as Vice President of Sales for Veramark. An industry veteran, for over 25 years Ryan held senior sales management roles at 3Com Corporation, AVAYA, Cisco Systems, and Data General Corporation. Throughout his career, he has managed and developed sales and dealer support initiatives, overseen day-to-day operations of sales and dealer support staff, and been involved in all phases of sales management.
Ryan founded the Valor Consulting Group, LLC. Valor Consulting was a management-consulting firm that specialized in assisting companies achieve excellence in sales and customer service by implementing advanced customer relationship strategies. The primary focus of Valor Consulting was the development of sales executives, sales managers, and front line sales employees, whose core focus was on accelerating revenue growth.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University.
In Ryan's new role, he will be responsible for all sales activities and dealer/channel relations--overseeing Veramark's direct sales team, third party distribution sales, outsourced service bureau sales, and inside sales organization.
