Former Buy.com Executive and KPMG Manager Joins GTX Corp as Chief Financial Officer

Experienced Finance Officer Joins Leading Personal Location Services (PLS) Company
LOS ANGELES -- GTX Corp -- (OTCBB:GTXO), a leader in GPS tracking and location-transmitting technology platforms, has named Murray Williams as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mr. Williams was one of the founding members of Buy.com, Inc., the second largest multi-category e-commerce company in the world. Between 1998 and 2001, he successfully developed the finance, legal, business development and HR departments, and the company enjoyed its greatest success while he was its highest-ranking financial officer. During his tenure, the company secured over $225 million in private financing and he was a primary driver in the initial public offering process which generated proceeds of an additional $192 million.
After leaving Buy.com, he became an active entrepreneur, creating and investing in numerous companies, and has been responsible for transitioning five companies from private enterprises into publicly traded entities over the past seven years.
Mr. Williams is a CPA and began his career in public accounting with KPMG, where he was a manager leading a team of over 20 professionals specializing in financial services, with an emphasis on public offerings, private financings and mergers and acquisitions.
At GTX Corp, Mr. Williams will assume responsibility for overseeing and managing all financial activities of the company. He accepted his position March 14 and reports to the Board of Directors.
