Telos Awarded Contract to Manage Telephony System Integration for Marines in Okinawa

Telos Will Perform Work in Collaboration with Subcontractor and Government Personnel

ASHBURN, Va. -- Telos([R]) Corporation was selected by Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler in Okinawa, Japan to execute and manage the installation of the CAIRS OSS Telephony Management System (TMS).

Under a NETCENTS task order, Telos will work in collaboration with government personnel in Japan to manage the program. Subcontractor Unique Communications, the developer of CAIRS OSS, will provide technical and functional support under the task order.

The CAIRS OSS Telephony Management System integrates with the Nortel PBX to enable centralized management of the Nortel network. It allows large organizations to consolidate disparate telephone systems into a single architecture. It utilizes the Microsoft Windows 2003 server, .NET framework and Microsoft's SQL 2005.
