NuStar Prices $350 Million of 10-Year Senior Notes

SAN ANTONIO -- NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE:NS) today announced that its wholly owned operating subsidiary NuStar Logistics, L.P. has priced $350 million principal amount of 7.65% senior notes due April 15, 2018. The senior notes were priced at 99.802% of par at a yield to maturity of 7.678%. The settlement date for the offering is expected to be April 4, 2008. The senior notes have been rated BBB- by Standard and Poor's and Fitch and Baa3 by Moody's Investors Service. The partnership intends to use the net proceeds of approximately $346.9 million from the offering to repay a portion of the outstanding principal balance under NuStar Logistics' revolving credit facility.
