BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Coinstar, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSTR) will host a conference call on Thursday, May 1, in conjunction with its first quarter earnings release.

When: Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern/2:00 p.m. Pacific

Earnings will be released after the close of the market on Thursday, May 1. The conference call will be simulcast on the company's Web site, and accessible following the live event. On the conference call, Coinstar's management will discuss its performance and comment on recent developments.

Minimum requirements to listen to the broadcast are: Windows Media Player software; Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher or Netscape 4.0 or higher; a computer with a sound card and speakers; and no firewall.
