NEW YORK -- Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE:ABK) announced that it will host a conference call for investors on April 23 at 11 a.m. Eastern to discuss first quarter 2008 earnings which are scheduled to be released at 6 a.m. that morning. The dial in number for the call is 877-407-0782 (U.S.) and 201-689-8567 (outside the U.S.).

The conference call will also be broadcast live on Ambac's website at 'www.ambac.com'.
