Breakthroughs in High-Voltage Insulation, Cable Joints and Terminations on Display

WILTON, Conn. -- Momentive Performance Materials will showcase a wide range of silicone rubber solutions for electrical utilities and power delivery professionals at the 2008 IEEE PES Transmission and Distribution Conference (Booth 1888), April 21-24 at McCormack Place in Chicago. These solutions include Silopren* Electro silicone rubbers for potential use in high-voltage insulation, rod insulation on, and hollow-core insulation for, transformer and circuit breaker applications, and Silopren Electro and Silopren LSR silicone rubbers for potential use in cabling joints and terminations.
