Certified Integration Accelerates Time-to-Value for Ivara's Asset Performance Management Software
BURLINGTON, Ontario -- Ivara Corporation, the industry leader and innovator in asset performance management solutions, today announced that Ivara EXP Enterprise version 5.0, has achieved "Powered by SAP NetWeaver[R]" status for integration with the SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (SAP NetWeaver XI) 3.0 component. EXP Enterprise 5.0 asset performance management software now provides out-of-the-box integration for customers using the SAP[R] plant maintenance application of SAP ERP Release 6.0 via integration with the SAP NetWeaver platform. Ivara EXP Enterprise powered by SAP NetWeaver helps organizations maximize their investment in the SAP plant maintenance application by enabling a proactive approach to asset care.
EXP Enterprise integrates with SAP NetWeaver XI to exchange critical data with instances of SAP Business Suite. In addition to achieving Powered by SAP NetWeaver status, EXP Enterprise 5.0 has achieved "SAP Solution Manager Ready" status. Solutions that qualify as "SAP Solution Manager Ready" are made visible in the customer's SAP system landscape directory, displayed within SAP Solution Manager at the customer site. With Ivara EXP Enterprise achieving this certification status, the customer's support staff or members of the SAP Active Global Support organization can easily identify and track the current configuration and log files of the Ivara software within the system landscape. This makes it easier for support personnel to identify and perform root-cause analysis for the customer when needed.
"This latest certification is another milestone in our ongoing customer commitment to lower integration costs and streamline the deployment of EXP," says Rob Churchman, vice president, Development, Ivara Corporation. "The certified integration will allow customers using SAP solutions to quickly realize the benefits of EXP Enterprise's condition monitoring and maintenance strategy development capabilities."
"We are very pleased to have another solution achieve Powered by SAP NetWeaver status," says Gerry Bleau, CEO, Ivara Corporation. "Our latest certified integration enables our customers to rapidly implement a proactive reliability program that leverages their existing SAP applications and quickly optimizes equipment performance."
