Tamara Steffens Joins FusionOne to Lead Customer Operations Team
SAN JOSE, Calif. -- FusionOne, the leading provider of mobile phone back-up services, today announced the appointment of Tamara Steffens to senior vice president of customer operations. Tamara will be responsible for all customer facing functions.
Tamara has over 20 years of sales leadership experience in the technology industry, with expertise in telecommunications. Prior to joining FusionOne, she served as vice president of sales for Intelliden, the market leader for automated network discovery, configuration management, provisioning and compliance, as well as senior vice president of worldwide sales at 724 Solutions. Tamara also held the position of vice president of sales at Openwave Systems. Here she drove carrier adoption of emerging mobile data solutions and technologies following the company's merger with Software.com, where she led the company through its IPO and merger with Phone.com. She has also held executive sales positions with Boingo Wireless, Silicon Graphics and Sun Microsystems.
