Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. Increases Cash Distribution Rate

HOUSTON -- Enterprise GP Holdings L.P., (NYSE:EPE) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared an increase in its quarterly cash distribution rate to partners to $0.425 per unit, or $1.70 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on May 8, 2008, to unitholders of record as of the close of business April 30, 2008. This distribution represents a 16.4 percent increase from $0.365 per unit declared with respect to the first quarter of 2007.
Enterprise GP Holdings has increased its cash distribution every quarter since the initial public offering in August 2005 by a total of 60 percent.
Enterprise will announce its earnings for the first quarter 2008 on Monday, May 12, 2008, before the New York Stock Exchange opens for trading.
