NIRI DFW Chapter Announces Networking Luncheon in Oklahoma City

DALLAS -- The National Investor Relations Institute's Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter (NIRI D*FW) announced today it is hosting a "NIRI Lite" networking luncheon for Oklahoma-based investor relations (IR) professionals Friday, May 2, 2008, at Nonna's Euro-American Ristorante and Bar located at 1 Mickey Mantle Drive (Bricktown) in Oklahoma City.

"The NIRI D*FW Chapter has a number of members in Oklahoma. This luncheon not only provides a venue for our members to discuss the latest trends in our profession, it also gives us the opportunity to show other IR practitioners and counselors the benefits of membership," NIRI D*FW Chapter President Liz Kline of Eisenberg and Associates said.

Serving as facilitators of this event are NIRI D*FW Chapter officers (and former Oklahomans) Jason Landkamer of Fluor Corporation in Irving, Texas, and Veronica Barranco Marks of DRI Corporation in Dallas.

The NIRI Lite concept was originated by the NIRI D*FW Chapter in 2004. The events facilitate candid conversation among IR practitioners and counselors about current trends and issues affecting the profession. These informal networking lunches act as a supplement to the regularly scheduled NIRI D*FW Chapter meetings.

NIRI Lite registration fees, which will cover the cost of food and non-alcoholic beverages at the restaurant, are as follows:
