The GreenLife Organization, LLC Names Mark LaCroix Executive Vice President, Business Development

Business Wire, April 15, 2008

NEW YORK -- The GreenLife Organization, LLC (www.greenlife.com), a leading provider of carbon offsets and carbon management services, announced today that Mark LaCroix has been named Executive Vice President, Business Development. In his new position, Mr. LaCroix will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales program, driving new business through innovative opportunities that build value for clients' businesses via carbon reduction and other sustainability-based initiatives.

Mr. LaCroix brings with him over 25 years' experience in sales and sustainability. He comes to GreenLife from InterfaceFABRIC, a division of Interface, Inc. until it was sold in 2007 to an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners. At InterfaceFABRIC, Mr. LaCroix built his career in sales & marketing, leading the largest and most profitable division within the Interface group of companies. In this role, he successfully integrated the company's aggressive internal sustainability initiative into an effective go-to-market strategy demonstrating to customers how sustainability programs can create value for their business. Mr. LaCroix's ability to translate the inherent value of sustainability to customers and colleagues led to his taking on the role of Vice President, Global Sustainability, overseeing InterfaceFABRIC's efforts to transform itself into a sustainable and ultimately restorative enterprise.

"We are thrilled to welcome Mark to the GreenLife team," said Neil Braun, Chairman and CEO, GreenLife. "It is unique to find someone with Mark's experience in both sales and sustainability; his rich background in both areas makes him ideally suited to show clients how carbon management is an effective way to save on energy costs and grow revenue."

Mr. LaCroix is a LEED[TM] Accredited Professional and speaks regularly on sustainability-related topics to industry and community groups. He earned an AS in Business Management from Davenport University.
