Inbound Document Management System Extends Optio's High-Availability Outbound Solution to Improve Document Processes throughout 30 Countries
ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- Optio([R]) Software (OTCBB:OPTO), a leading provider of technology solutions dedicated to helping customers automate, manage and improve the complete lifecycle of document-intensive processes, today announced that The Actaris Group has selected Optio's intelligent document capture solution to augment its high-availability outbound document management suite, which automates document processing across its global network.
An Optio customer for more than seven years, Actaris selected Optio's solutions with three primary objectives: to better meet new electronic communication legislation, to fully address compliance issues and to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
