Achieves Prestigious FORTUNE Listing in Temporary Help Category

NEW YORK -- Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (NYSE: VOL) announced that it has been named to this year's list of America's Most Admired Companies published by FORTUNE magazine. Volt was among three companies recognized in the Temporary Help industry segment.

The Most Admired list is considered to be a definitive report card on corporate reputation. The Hay Group, a global management and consulting firm, asked executives, directors and analysts to rate companies in their own industry on eight criteria, from investment value to social responsibility. Only those companies that scored in the top half of their industry survey are listed as Fortune's Most Admired Companies.
