- Leading Provider of Survey Software and Services Marks 2008 as a Year of Tremendous Growth and Potential -
DULLES, Va. -- Vovici (voh-VEE-see), the leading provider of Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM), today celebrates the completion of its inaugural year since the unveiling of Vovici as the new corporate identity of the merger of Perseus Development Corporation and WebSurveyor in April 2007. Over the course of the year, Vovici's online survey services and software have emerged as an industry leader, currently utilized in 58 percent of the U.S. Fortune 500 companies across a multitude of industries.
"Discussions with customers, prospects, partners and industry analysts all indicate that the demand for survey offerings is continuing to climb. Organizations clearly see the value of consistent and regular feedback, and the survey process is evolving from a disconnected, point in time initiative to an integrated part of core business processes," said Jim Ivers, CMO, Vovici. "Feedback is truly permeating the culture of enterprises that have seen the benefits that this type of data can provide to the bottom line."
Over the next several months Vovici will be bringing to market significant enhancements to its product line as the Company rolls out its roadmap for 2008. These enhancements will extend the core capabilities of its feedback products and add exciting new features such as the ability to develop and manage respondent panels from online communities. The ability to leverage community panels will empower Vovici customers to establish ongoing dialogues with their most important stakeholders in a way that is both cost effective and extremely agile. Vovici strongly believes in the value of these community panels and is committed to being the market leader in delivering the tools and expertise needed to enable its customers to realize that value.
Vovici has uniquely positioned itself to address the increasing demands of new customers while continuing to deliver value to its current customers. In March, the Company completed a second round of funding to fuel the growth of the organization and add the resources needed to enhance its offerings and support for its customer-base. In February, Vovici announced it was in the process of consolidating its hosting operations with SAVVIS to ensure that it was offering maximum reliability and performance in the most secure environment possible - a key concern to many organizations looking to implement survey software. Additionally, over the past year the Company has added key talent in customer support, development and operations.
"This has been a busy and eventful year, and we are pleased with the progress we have made in building a true leader in the feedback market. However, what is really exciting are the initiatives we have planned for the remainder of 2008 and the momentum that is growing daily for our company," said Dean Wiltse, chairman and CEO, Vovici. "The team at Vovici is committed to working closely with our customers to create innovative, effective products and services to gather, analyze and integrate feedback data to empower them to make decisions that truly improve their business."
