(NYSE: PBI), the world's leading mailstream solutions company, announced today that it has expanded its customized postage offerings for consumers and small businesses. Available on Pitney Bowes' Web site, the offerings include the introduction of Stamp Expressions[TM] Personal Postage which enables consumers and small businesses to create their own unique postage using photographs or images. In addition, Pitney Bowes is now offering a collection of licensed postage products that are available online to consumers for personalizing mail and collecting.

Stamp Expressions[TM] Personal Postage allows consumers to capture life's special moments on postage, such as important events or occasions, and add great charm to their letters and cards. For small businesses, Stamp Expressions[TM] Personal Postage provides an opportunity to enhance their marketing efforts, and create and offer customized postage products to their customers.
To customize postage, consumers and small businesses follow a quick, simple process with three easy steps. First, customers visit the self-service Web portal at http://www.stampexpressions.com/personalpostage/ and upload a photograph or image. Next, customers may choose to retouch images by adjusting the hue, brightness, contrast, size and positioning. Text messages and borders can also be added in a variety of colors. Finally, customers select a postage value, shipping method and submit their order.
Stamp Expressions[TM] Personal Postage is available in sheets of 20. Prices start at $17.99 for one sheet of First-Class ($0.41) postage and decrease to $15.99 for ordering two sheets.
Another customized postage option that consumers can select to personalize mail is Pitney Bowes' licensed collectible products with sports images, logos and gallery art. Available at http://www.pbpostage.com/, the collection features a wide variety of officially licensed, customized postage products, as well as framed postage collectibles. Prices vary depending on the product.
