AMCON Distributing Company Announces $0.08 Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO -- AMCON Distributing Company ("AMCON") (AMEX:DIT), an Omaha, Nebraska based consumer products company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share payable on May 23, 2008 to shareholders of record as of May 5, 2008.
