Homeland Security Network Announces Name Change to Global Ecology Corporation

KEASBEY, N.J. -- Homeland Security Network Inc. (Pink Sheets:HSYN), a platform company providing environmental treatment technologies and services, announced today that the company is changing its name to Global Ecology Corporation.
HSYN CEO Peter Ubaldi said, "Our business model is changing rapidly and it is appropriate for our company to be renamed to more accurately reflect our new direction. Once the legal formalities are completed, we will also have a change in our ticker symbol and CUSIP number. In the meantime, we will begin using the name Global Ecology Corporation as a DBA."
Chairman Joseph Battiato said, "We are in the midst a period of remarkable transformation of our company. Over the next few months, we expect the need for this name change will become increasingly clear and obvious. We look forward to providing our shareholders with details of new developments in the near future."
