FAIRFIELD, N.J. -- DLA is proud to announce that RoAnna Pascher, CPA, has joined the Firm as Director of the firm's Internal Audit & Accounting Advisory Group. RoAnna brings with her a deep knowledge of Accounting and SEC policy, rules and regulations,, and Financial Reporting. Her hands-on approach, insight to solving complex business issues, deep industry knowledge and experience will play an pivotal role as DLA continues to expand into new markets and to offer an ever expanding range of financial services to the CFO.

Ms. Pascher brings with her, approximately 20 years of experience within the financial services industry. Her most recent assignment was with Grant Thornton, LLP serving as a Partner responsible for supervising audits, managing relationships with public and private clients, and business development. Prior to Grant Thornton, RoAnna was with Renaissance Cosmetics (RNCCP.PK) as Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting. In this role, she was responsible for all SEC reporting and consolidations. RoAnna began her career with Deloitte and Touche, LLP which provided a strong foundation and introduction into both financial services and client service.

RoAnna has her BS is Accounting from Yeshiva University, and her MBA in Management/Finance from Fordham University.
