The OTC Bulletin Board is not an exchange, but displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information for the securities it quotes. The Company believes that being quoted in the OTC Bulletin Board will offer improved visibility into the market for its common stock as compared to when it was quoted on the Pink Sheets.
