Business Wire, April 4, 2008
STAMFORD, Conn. -- Keith Wyche, president of U.S. Operations for Pitney Bowes Management Services, Inc. (PBMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) today was inducted into the Martin Luther King Jr. International Board of Renaissance Leaders, established by Morehouse College of Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Wyche is among the first class of inductees to the Board.
In a letter to Mr. Wyche informing him of his upcoming induction, Morehouse College Dean, Professor of Religion and Curator Dr. Lawrence E. "To be selected to such a prominent group of achievers in Dr. King's name is a profound honor. I applaud Morehouse College for having the foresight to establish a platform for thought leadership and dialogue that, I believe, will have a significant impact on shaping this country's future and the future of the world, and I congratulate my fellow inductees," Wyche said.
Among the inductees are luminaries in their respective fields, including Congressman Charles Rangel, actor Blair Underwood, and sports agent Bill Duffy.
In his current role at PBMS, Wyche is responsible for managing all aspects of operations at the company's customer sites throughout the U.S., and its Document Solutions Centers, as well as business transformation and quality.
"We are very proud of Keith for this important recognition," said Executive Vice President and President, PBMS, Vincent De Palma. "He has made many valuable contributions as a business leader at Pitney Bowes and has been an inspiration and mentor to many Pitney Bowes employees. We congratulate Keith for this outstanding achievement."
Wyche is currently on the Board of Directors of both the Executive Leadership Council, a professional organization comprised of the top African-American senior corporate executives in the U.S., and the National Black MBA Association. He is also the author of the upcoming book, "Good is Not Enough: And Other Unwritten Rules for Minority Professionals," published by Portfolio.
