Bibicoff MacInnis to Implement Investment Community Outreach Program
PARK CITY, Utah -- Park City Group, Inc. (OTCBB:PCYG), a developer and marketer of patented software applications and consulting services to large retailers today announced that it has engaged Bibicoff MacInnis, Inc. a full service investor relations and strategic planning firm, to increase investment community awareness of the Company. Bibicoff MacInnis will initially concentrate on developing and implementing communications strategies and programs specifically targeting the retail brokerage, institutional and investment banking communities.
Harvey Bibicoff, President and CEO of Bibicoff MacInnis, stated, "Shrinking profit margins and aggressive competition make it imperative that retailers have a tight grip on inventories and labor costs and have the right products available in the right quantities in order to maximize revenue. Park City Group helps large retailers make those things happen. They provide patented solutions...which show immediate results...to help solve the retailers' most serious problem. Park City Group is a small, growing company and already counts large, household name businesses among its clients. We expect that the Company's management will successfully lead its growth-oriented business strategy and we are optimistic that Wall Street will appreciate the business model, future outlook, and growth potential and reward PCYG with significant and long-term market support."
Randy Fields, founder and CEO of Park City Group said, "We believe that now is the appropriate time in the development of Park City Group to tell the investment community who we are and what we have. We view the engagement of Bibicoff MacInnis as an important step in the process of developing accurate communications with the investment community. Accurate and consistent communication is the foundation upon which a strong and liquid market for PCYG stock can be built. As we rapidly grow our business, we welcome the Bibicoff MacInnis organization as a valuable asset to help guide the Company's activities in the investment banking and investor communications arenas.
