Meritech Capital Partners Leads Late Stage Investment in Application Data Security Leader

FOSTER CITY, Calif. -- Imperva([R]), the leader in application data security, today announced that it has raised $20 million in a Series D round of venture capital financing. The funds will be used as expansion stage capital to take advantage of rapid growth in demand for application data security products in both domestic and international markets.

The round was led by late stage venture capital firm Meritech Capital Partners, and supported by previous investors Accel Partners, Greylock Partners, US Venture Partners, and Venrock Associates. The company has raised a total of $54 million in four rounds of financing.
