This 6-hour instructor-led online course is presented via conference call and WebEx over a four-week period. The class will meet for four 90-minute sessions on August 5, 12, 19 and 26, 2008.
In addition to covering the collection, loss mitigation and foreclosure process, the course provides an introductory section on loss mitigation, alternatives to foreclosures, and investor guidelines. Participants will increase skills used to analyze data about the borrower and the property. These skills will allow participants to more effectively structure workout options and mitigate risks of loss and improve the bottom line in the disposition of delinquent loans. In addition, they will learn how other companies are handling issues such as short sales.
The course is $295 per person. Students successfully completing the course will earn an industry-recognized certificate of completion.
