Water Chef Inc PureSafe™ First Response Demo Unit Completed

PLAINVIEW, N.Y. -- Leslie J. Kessler, President and Chief Executive Officer, Water Chef, Inc. announced today that the Company has completed the initial prototype of the PureSafe First Response Water Station. The prototype unit employs a patent pending technology and is located at the Company's new World Headquarters in Plainview, New York.
The First Response unit will be undergoing a series of tests and field evaluation for approximately 30 days prior to the preproduction phase. More extensive tests will be conducted over an approximate four month period during the preproduction phase at which time all necessary adjustments will be made in preparation for commercial production.
As Ms. Kessler stated: "With the introduction of Water Chef's PureSafe First Response Water Station, the Company provides a means to the public to obtain clean potable drinking water and expects to become a significant player in the disaster relief market."
