WINCHESTER, Ky. -- The board of directors of Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGAS) at a meeting held August 22, 2008, authorized a quarterly stock dividend of thirty-two cents ($.32) per share to be paid September 15, 2008 to all common shareholders of record as of August 29, 2008.
