Most recently she has worked in the mortgage lending industry in the Coeur d'Alene/Spokane areas. She was a Board Member and Education Chair for the Eastern Chapter of the Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers, and is a community speaker on various lending topics.

Colleen was born and raised in North Idaho, and graduated with honors from Gonzaga University School of Business with a degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She also earned the advanced Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
