Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. Files SEC Form 10 to Become Fully Reporting Under SEC Guidelines

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Michael Borish, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets:FESI) confirmed that the Company has completed and filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in order that the Company may become a fully reporting company under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.

As a reporting company, the Company will be required to file annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, and reports of certain material corporate events on Form 8K. The Company's financial and other material information will be more easily accessible to investors and other interested parties and compliance with reporting requirements will provide greater transparency regarding the Company's operations.
