GCG's Legal Notice Expert, Jeanne Finegan, APR to Speak at ABA Annual Meeting

MELVILLE, N.Y. -- Jeanne C. Finegan, APR, The Garden City Group's Senior Vice President, Communications and legal notice expert will be speaking at the American Bar Association's Annual Meeting in New York City on August 11, 2008. Her presentation, "Practical Advice for Class Action Settlements: The Future of Notice in the U.S. and Internationally - Meeting the Best Practicable Standard," will explore the growing impact that the Internet has on notice, emerging media, and how shifts are occurring in media preferences.

Ms. Finegan has more than 20 years of communications and advertising experience. She has been recognized as a legal notice expert by courts throughout the country and internationally. She has developed hundreds of the nation's largest and most high profile notice programs, and has designed several international programs this year alone.
