WHO: Luke Hohmann, founder and CEO of Enthiosys. Luke is a recognized expert on Agile product management of software products and a former product executive at four companies. He is also the author of three books and numerous articles on software product management and Agile development. He pioneered Innovation Games[R] to help companies collaborate with their customers and gather insights into customers' own product priorities. Before founding Enthiosys in 2003, Luke was vice president of business development in the U.S. for Aladdin Knowledge Systems; vice president of engineering and product development at Aurigin Systems Inc.; education technical director at ObjectSpace Inc.; and vice president of systems engineering at EDS Fleet Services. Luke graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.E. in computer engineering and an M.S.E. in computer science and engineering from the University of Michigan.

Rich Mironov Speaking Platform: August 7

WHO: Rich Mironov, Chief Marketing Officer of Enthiosys. Rich is a software product strategist and veteran of four high-tech startups. He is considered one of the pre-eminent experts on software product management and marketing. He joined Enthiosys in July 2007 and heads its marketing and business development activities.

Rich started his technology industry career in 1981 as a software engineer at Hewlett-Packard. He managed networking products for six years at Tandem Computers. He then joined Sybase where he created and managed Sybase's Internet Products Group. After Sybase, he worked at four Silicon Valley companies: Wayfarer Communications (acquired by Vantive in 1998), iPass, Slam Dunk Networks and AirMagnet. Rich has an M.B.A. from Stanford University, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a B.S. degree in physics from Yale University.
