Oblicore and Torokina Establish the Service Level Management Centre of Excellence in the AsiaPacific Region

Companies will Showcase Oblicore Guarantee Integration with CAs eHealth, SPECTRUM and Service Desk Solutions
WALTHAM, Mass. -- Oblicore, the leading provider of ITIL-based Service Level Management software, announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with Torokina Networks to provide joint service level management solutions to the Telecommunications and Service Provider markets.
In addition, the companies have jointly invested in the Service Level Management Centre of Excellence, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This center will showcase Oblicore Guarantee and will highlight integrations between its service catalog and service level management solutions and CA's business service management tools including eHealth, SPECTRUM and Service Desk.
