Group360 Sells Chicago Office to the Caps Group

ST. LOUIS -- Today, Mark Rutter, President and CEO of Group360--a visual communications firm headquartered in downtown St. Louis, announced that their Chicago facility has been acquired by Chicago-based The Caps Group.
"This sale is a wonderful move for our organization. This will allow us to focus on our core competencies: brand strategy, brand creative design and brand execution," Rutter said.
In order to fulfill their mission: to help consumer packaged goods companies get to market faster with better impact and less cost, Group360 uses the hub/spoke business model. While headquartered in St. Louis, they have numerous onsite offices at client locations around the country. For example, Group360 has an office with 45 employees in Dallas, Texas.
