EasyLink Services International Corporation Announces Stock Sale by a Director

NORCROSS, Ga. -- EasyLink Services International Corporation ("EasyLink" or "Company") (NasdaqCM: ESIC, www.easylink.com), a global provider of comprehensive messaging services and e-commerce solutions, announced that Richard J. Berman, a director of the Company, has advised the Company that he has sold 150,607 shares of his EasyLink class A common stock owned by him in the open market.
Mr. Berman stated that:
"I have determined that it is in my best interest at this time to sell a portion of my holdings in the Company to diversify my portfolio. I have been associated with the Company for many years and intend to continue to be an active board member and supporter of the business as I think it is well positioned for a positive future. I look forward to a time when I can once again begin to accumulate a larger ownership position in EasyLink."
The Company will file a Form 4 on Mr. Berman's behalf.
